When we make a commitment to our clients, we keep it; regardless of how environmental circumstances may impact previous agreements we remain flexible in our approach. Hurricane Tomas which ravaged our beautiful island only a few weeks ago was no exception to our determined customer orientation.
There were quite a few of our competitors clients who had no idea what was going on and what their next step would have been after they arrived to get to their destination. The plans which evolved later on were quite pricey on their part.
Our airport reps were already on standby to guide our clients as to our approach. We simply drove our clients on the safe said of the island and then continued their journey to the resort by boat.
A great person once said “There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.”

It is amazing how much St. Lucians can accomplish when it doesn't matter who gets the credit. The hurricane recovery efforts is evidence of how working as one impacts the whole. I want to thank the many of my clients and partners who have volunteered to be part of this recovery. Many have chosen to stay the course on their visit to St. Lucia in an attempt to lend their support. On behalf of my St. Lucian family, I thank you all for showing such tremendous support.
